Our policy allows for refunds or exchanges within 14 days of purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Item damaged during shipping.
• Wrong items or quantities received.

In order to process your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. On occasion, we may also request photographic evidence. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. The buyer is responsible for covering the shipping costs for returns, and prepaid labels are not provided.

Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. We will inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
